Product has been missing / wrong

Please check the package on the spot when you arrive. If you have any omissions, please contact Bugaboo Customer Service within 48 hours. All Bugaboo parcels were checked for weight anomalies. Some of the goods will be reissued only if they are judged to be missing.




Stroller return information



What are the return policies for Bugaboo® strollers?

If you are dissatisfied with the purchased item, you can return it in full within 90 days from the date of purchase. The returned merchandise must remain intact, not used, and returned in the form of the goods you receive (without any damage, scratches, and retain the original label, instructions, warranty card, other tags and packaging), preferably in the original packaging. To avoid damage during transportation. Of course, you can unpack and see if the item is as you expect. If the product is damaged during the trial, you may not receive a full refund.

3. Fill in the return number on the packing slip.


4. The product can be placed at any pick-up point of the UPS.


However, we do not currently offer a replacement service. If you have a replacement request, you can complete the return process first. You can then reorder the items you wish to replace online.


When/How do I receive a refund? ?

The method of refund depends on the payment method you choose. If you are paying by credit card, PayPal or Klama, the refund will be returned to the original payment account (credit card or PayPal). If you are using Ideal or bank transfer payment, the refund will be transferred to your bank account; in this case, we will contact you to obtain your detailed bank account information for a refund. We will arrange a refund within 14 days of the return. You will receive a confirmation of the refund.
