and continue to pass on.

2. Purchasing and Production

to improve the social and environmental performance of our own factories
and all suppliers. We also strive to improve the transparency and traceability
of our entire supply chain.

We operate the factory ourselves, according to our ISO9001, ISO14001 and
SA8000 certifications effectively control all aspects of production and
create a safe, fair and humane working environment. Close cooperation is
the key to building a sustainable supply chain. In early 2018, we held
the first Bugaboo China Supplier Summit. With our responsible chemicals
management policy, we advocate responsible use to reduce the harmful substances
contained in our production processes and in our final products. Since
2017, we have joined SAC and will actively use the organization's HIGG
index to evaluate the sustainability of our own and our suppliers.
3.Environmental Impact
From our production in Xiamen From the factory to packaging, logistics,
offices, stores and warehouses, we are looking for ways to reduce our environmental
impact.

For the purpose of 2013 to 2017, we participated in the ResCoM project
funded by the European Commission. We are committed to extending the life
of materials. From 2017, we work with Little Boomerang to recycle our high
quality waste.
5. Our talents

provide an inspiring, open and dynamic work environment for all employees
around the world.

world. We have a dedicated ambassador team that actively organizes environmental
clean-ups, inspiring speeches, and film and discussion of various topics.
6. Giving back to society
We hope for those who are disabled People with limited ability to lead
to freedom of travel, illness, poverty or conflict. We also support non-profit
organizations to inspire the next generation to deliver innovative solutions
for a sustainable world. We support these programs through donations or
volunteers.

We actively encourage all employees to participate in volunteer service
projects . We have arranged a day for each Bugaboo employee to participate
in volunteer services of their own choice. We have built an interactive
platform to facilitate Bugaboo employees around the world to initiate and
participate in service projects. Since 2016, we have partnered with Movement
on the Ground to donate 213 strollers to the Kara Tepe refugee camp on
Lesbos. Since 2017, we have provided support to the non-profit organization
Designathon Works. The organization has developed a unique approach to
design thinking to discover children's creativity and help children design
a better world. Our offices around the world regularly donate products
to local hospitals and support different local charities. For example,
our US office participates in the Super Saturday event of the Ovarian Cancer
Research Foundation (OCRFA).
